2) Data collection

Data collection can be divided into automatic collection, semi-automatic collection and manual collection. The system realizes the automatic collection of CMM measurement data through the interface program. The semi-automatic data acquisition system can also be composed of digital display measurement equipment, wireless transmission equipment and data server. When the inspectors detect parts, the inspection results do not need to be recorded by hand, but are automatically sent to the data processing device for storage, so that the upper computer can process the data according to various statistical data processing methods.


3) Quality inspection

In the manufacturing execution system, the inspector selects the appropriate inspection method according to the current production situation, and selects the WIP to be inspected according to the WIP number in the quality inspection system. The system will list all the specified inspection items and inspection standards of the part, which are stored in the form of quality BOM. According to the data collected by the inspector, the system will automatically judge whether the quality is qualified or not according to the quality characteristic standard, and the nonconforming product processing process will be triggered.


4) Quality analysis

The statistical analysis chart can intuitively reflect the quality problems of products. The system can automatically process the relevant data hierarchically, and draw histograms, Pareto diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, and scatter diagrams.


5) Quality control

Evaluate the process processing capacity by calculating the process capacity index. For process control of manufacturing process, SPC technology can be used to draw relevant charts.


6) Quality report

It can automatically generate report files for the quality of workshop production by day, month, year, person, equipment, date and other conditions or composite conditions, store or print them, and submit them to superior departments or other relevant departments (such as technology department and performance department) for reference.


Interaction between quality module and other modules

The interactive production plan between the quality inspection system and other production inspection modules provides the workshop production plan, and the quality inspection system arranges the quality inspection plan according to the production plan.
