Case 2
Company B was also worried about the loss of customers, so it tried to find a way to make up for it. How can it go on like this? All the customers ran away and tried to get back the orders. Finally, another customer placed an order, but the delivery time was very tight. So I hurried to learn about the related matters of certification. I learned that in addition to the cost, it takes more than two months for certification. In this way, it is too late to get the certification. What should I do?


Company B thought that a friend mentioned that company C, an acquaintance of company B, had done this kind of certification, so he asked a friend to contact Company C. company C agreed to help, but there were conditions. First, the customer’s payment should be paid to company C, and company C would return it to company a after receiving the payment. Second, a certain percentage of commission fees should be charged. Company B had no choice but to agree.


The order was made very smoothly. When it was about to be shipped, the customer requested to provide the relevant TC certificate, and company C proposed to increase the cost before issuing the order, otherwise it would not cooperate. At this time, I had to agree. Because the certificate process is not familiar with the operation, the certificate needs to be submitted after a long time. The goods are finally delivered.

After the customer paid to company C, company C delayed returning the payment to company B for a long time. The boss of company B collected the accounts and made a detailed calculation. Except for the expenses paid to company C, the order that seemed to be profitable actually lost money. The bank interest generated by the payment during the detention period of company C was not included. If the interest was included, the lost money would be enough to complete the certification fee for several years.
