    The failure of CNC machine tools in the processing process.

    Reason:
    1. The XYZ axis reverse clearance compensation is incorrect.
    2. The XYZ main insert is loose.
    3. XYZ bearing is damaged.
    4. Geometric accuracy deviation of fuselage machinery.
    5. The spindle moves axially and radially.
    6. The servo parameters and processing parameters of the system are improperly adjusted.
    7. The customer programming program is incorrect.
    8. XYZ axis screw rod and nut are worn.

    Resolvent:
    1. Correct the reverse clearance of dial indicator.
    2. Adjust the tightness of the main inserts of each shaft, and observe the load of the system to adjust to the best state.
    3. Check the bearing condition and replace it if damaged.
    4. The geometric accuracy of each item is detected by marble square and ball club instrument, such as deviation correction.
    5. Repair the accuracy of the inner hole of the main shaft and the play clearance of the main shaft bearing. If it cannot be repaired, replace it.
    6. Adjust servo position loop, speed loop gain, load inertia ratio, machining accuracy coefficient, acceleration and deceleration time constant.
    7. Optimize and adjust the programming process.
    8. With the help of laser interferometer, the screw clearance is compensated.
