The service life cycle of machining center machine tool is divided into new equipment running in period, normal use period and condition maintenance period. How to prevent or delay the wear of machine tool during the normal use period? Lubrication management is an important means to ensure the integrity of equipment, which can give full play to equipment functions, reduce equipment accidents and faults, extend the accuracy and service life of equipment, and improve the efficiency of equipment operation.

In addition, pay attention to the following maintenance during normal use of the processing machine tool:
    1. Most of the main parts in the machine tool are typical mechanical parts, which are standardized, universal and highly serialized. For example, the lubrication conditions of sliding bearings, rolling bearings, gears, turbine pairs, rolling and sliding guide rails, screw transmission pairs (screw nut pairs), clutches, hydraulic systems, cams, etc. are different.
    2. Environmental conditions for the use of machine tools: machine tools are usually installed in an indoor environment. The maximum ambient temperature in summer is 40 ℃, and when the temperature is 0 ℃ lower in winter, heating is often used to make the ambient temperature between 5 ℃ and 10 ℃. High precision machine tools require constant temperature air-conditioning environment, generally around 20 ℃. However, due to the high accuracy and automation requirements of many machine tools, the requirements for the viscosity, oxidation resistance (service life) and cleanliness of lubricating oil are stricter.
    3. Working conditions of machine tools: different types of machine tools with different specifications and sizes, and even on the same machine tool, the working conditions are very different due to the different conditions of machined parts. The requirements for lubrication are different. For example, the grinding wheel spindle bearings of high-speed internal grinder are very different from the heavy-duty and low-speed spindle bearings of heavy-duty machine tools in terms of lubrication methods and lubricants. The former needs to be lubricated by oil mist or oil / air lubrication system, using lubricating oil with lower viscosity, while the latter needs to be lubricated by oil bath or pressure circulating lubrication system, using oil with higher viscosity.
    4. Adaptability of lubricating oil to lubricating coolant, rubber seals, paint materials, etc.: lubricating coolant is used on most machine tools. In lubricating oil, the oil is often emulsified and deteriorated due to the mixing of lubricating coolant, and the parts rust, which makes the rubber seals expand and deform, and the paint coating on the surface of parts produce bubbles and flakes. Therefore, the adaptability of oil products to lubricating coolant, rubber seals and paint materials should be considered to prevent oil leakage. Especially with the improvement of machine tool automation, lubrication / cooling general oil is used on some automatic and CNC machine tools, which can be used as both lubricating oil and lubricating coolant.

    Keep the environment tidy.
    Keep the machine clean.
Regularly inspect all parts of the machine.
Prevent the machine from running with failure.
    Timely adjustment.
Replace the wearing parts in time.
Always pay attention to the grid voltage.
    Replace the storage battery regularly.
Increase the operating rate of the machine as much as possible.
