CNC is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool. It is an automatic machine tool controlled by program. The control system can logically process the program with control code or other symbolic instructions, decode it through the computer, so as to make the machine tool perform the specified action, and process the blank into semi-finished parts through tool cutting. Virtual CNC, an intelligent reverse simulation system for NC machining, is a set of software that simulates the actual CNC controller and machine tool through reverse post processor and virtual machine tool, and tests the CNC machining process on the computer. And it simulates the machining CNC program according to the information of machine, tool, blank and fixture, and can identify the errors in the machining process.
Numerical control technology refers to the technology of using digital instructions composed of numbers, words and symbols to realize the action control of one or more mechanical equipment. Numerical control generally adopts general-purpose or special-purpose computers to realize digital program control. Therefore, numerical control is also known as computer numerical control (CNC), which is referred to as CNC in foreign countries.

    Advantages of CNC
    – The ability to consistently produce parts with high levels of precision and quality
    – To perform multi-coordinate linking and process parts with complex shapes, the system is capable of
    – In most cases, just the NC program needs to be updated when processing aluminum alloy die castings, which can minimize production preparation time.
    – As for the machine tool itself, it has a high degree of precision and rigidity, as well as the ability to select an optimal processing quantity.
    – Reduced labor intensity can be achieved through the use of a high-automation machine tool.
    – Operator and maintenance crew quality expectations are being raised, as are the technological standards.
