    Purpose: The sufficiency and necessity of experimental quality records, as the basic and basis documents, should reflect the process and results of product quality formation and the operation status and results of the quality management system as comprehensively as possible, and be a good quality inspector.

    1. Master the product quality acceptance standards, check the supporting documents provided by the arrival (including the certificate of conformity, inspection data, records and the description of relevant inspection and test methods), implement the incoming inspection, and identify the product quality status.
    2. The sample inspection report shall be filled in when the first sample is submitted for inspection. The inspection report shall state the sample inspection judgment results and the general evaluation and suggestions of the sample inspection, and sign the name and submit it to the superior for approval.
    3. Be responsible for the quality control of outsourced and purchased parts, understand the processing quality trends of relevant cooperation units, explain the quality requirements, and communicate with outsourcing units on the quality and technical problems of outsourced products.
    4. For items whose product materials or the company’s existing conditions cannot be tested, the supplier shall be required to provide material certificates or relevant quality assurance certificates, and shall be responsible for outsourcing testing according to the incoming inspection specifications.
    5. When the outsourced incoming materials are abnormal or do not meet the technical requirements, a quality abnormality liaison sheet shall be issued and submitted to the manager of the quality department for handling.
    6. Responsible for monthly quality statistics and summary of outsourced products.
    7. Carefully record the inspection data, bind them together with relevant documents, and file them by category.
