Why can’t I just let the supplier do the quality inspection? How to ensure the quality of the products?

For obvious reasons, thorough quality assurance inspection of imported commodities is best performed by a third party other than the manufacturer or supplier. If the supplier does it themselves, how can you be sure they will do the right thing considering that they are the ones who made the items?

Their judgment is certain to be skewed from time to time. The majority of the time, a third-party examination, such as one conducted by an appointed agency, is conducted. AQI Service has no other interests in the inspection process other than insuring the stated quality of items as agreed in the contract you signed together. Of course, it would be preferable if you (the importer) could conduct this test yourself.

There are many steps you may take to ensure product quality.
1. if you have the means, expertise, and time, you may physically check the factory.
2. and most often used, you may hire an inspection company to do the job for you.
3. you may have your supplier inspect and confirm the quality of the items you buy from them.
